Returns

If you are purchasing a made-to-order piece, please choose carefully. You have 5 working days upon receiving your garment to lodge a returns enquiry. (Please do so via email on or through our contact page) 

All returns must be at your own expense. All items must be returned in their original state, using an appropriately sized courier bag.

If you have customised your garment order beyond the usual standard, we cannot offer a return or refund. 

All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned. 

Please use a reliable postage service, LILA by Liv is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Refunds/Credits 

If we accept your return, you may exchange for another colour/style (if in-stock) or we can provide you with store credit.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Made to Order

Our usual lead time of made-to-order garments is around 2-3 weeks. Once you place your order, we will keep you updated on the production process. 

Ready to Ship

We often have a small selection of pieces which are ready to ship. These items will be sent within 3 working days of your order (depending on demand). 

New Zealand 

Socks & Accessories = $5NZD Standard overnight shipping 

Clothing = $10-$15NZD Standard overnight shipping

All orders are sent with NZ Post, please allow up to 3 working days to receive your order. Please note: there may be extra charges for rural addresses.

Australia

Socks & Accessories = $20NZD 

Clothing = $30-$50NZD (depending on the parcel size) 

Please allow up to 1 week to receive your order, all international orders are sent with DHL. 

International 

If you request shipping to another international country, we will provide you with a direct shipping quote prior to your order placement. Depending on the country, it could take up to 3 weeks to receive your order from the shipping date.
